超聲波振動篩是大漢機械針對高品質、精細粉體用戶專門設計生產的新型輕型振動篩分設備，該設備是在DH系列三次元振動篩產品的基礎上設計增加超聲波系統(tǒng)，能夠出色的篩分普通振動篩不能分離的重質、輕質、超細、強吸附性粉末，幾乎可以完成所有難篩分粉末物料的篩分作業(yè)。在篩分過程中，ZT-C系列超聲波振動篩利用超聲加速度實現(xiàn)振動篩難以完成的精細粉體篩分作業(yè)，在有效遏制難篩物料因粘附性、高靜電、易團聚等因素引起堵網問題的同時精度和處理量也大大提升，與旋振篩相比，DHC系列超聲波振動篩篩分精度可提高1-100%，處理量可提高1-10倍，是各種高品質、精細粉體物料的理想篩分機型。
其工作原理是該設備將220V、50Hz或110V、60Hz電能轉化為18KHz的高頻電能，輸入超聲換能器，將其變成18KHz的機械振動，使振動篩達到高效篩分和清網的目的。超聲波振動篩是在傳統(tǒng)振動篩的篩網上安裝了一個低振幅、高頻率的超聲振動波（機械波），超微細粉體接受巨大的超聲加速度，改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降（粉末與網口輕接觸）、滑移效應，改善高密度金屬在網口的滯留或楔入，改善帶靜電粉體的粘附效應，從而提高篩分效率和篩分質量，并使篩網表面上的物料始終保持懸浮狀態(tài)，從而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵網因素，終解決了強吸附性、易團聚、高靜電、高精細、高密度、輕比重等篩分難題，以改善超微細分體的篩分性能，所以，超聲波振動篩特別適合高品質、精細粉體的用戶使用。
